"Jaxon"

Introducing adorable "Jaxon"! Jaxon is 7 years old and living in South America. He has a long list of diagnoses, including a hearing impairment, Down Syndrome, Von Willebrand Disease, hypothyroidism, kidney issues, and polio. Jaxon also uses a feeding tube.

Jaxon is said to have a warm smile, and is a happy child. He is very affectionate. Jaxon enjoys exploring and laughing, especially with familiar people. He does not like to be restrained or to feel limited.

No information is provided regarding Jaxon's development or needs, but an agency can give more info. Videos show Jaxon laughing with peers, and following simple directions. He is nonspeaking, and communicates primarily through sounds and signs. Jaxon can walk a few steps independently before needing support. He usually scoots on his bottom to get around.

Jaxon has a $1,000 grant with Madison Adoptions, $286.50 in his personal grant with Reece's Rainbow, and a $5,000 grant with Reece's Rainbow through 2024!

Sweet "Jaxon" will need lifelong care to manage his needs and support his development, but he is truly an amazing and sweet little boy who needs a mama! I hope and pray that he doesn't have to wait too long. Could he be your son?
