"Frankie"
Meet little baby "Frankie"! Frankie is 2 years old and living in Europe. He is diagnosed with Down Syndrome, and was born premature.
Frankie's country is extremely private and gives out very limited public information, but I am POSITIVE that this tiny little boy is just adorable!!!
Frankie has a $2,000 grant with Reece's Rainbow! He also has a grant of up to $5,000 with RODS Heroes!
