Introducing "Lior"! Lior is 11 years old, and living in Eastern Europe. He is likely diagnosed with cerebral palsy and epilepsy. He also uses a feeding tube.

Lior has had a rough start to life. He is a tiny boy, lying in a crib, neglected and forgotten. At first glance, you'd think Lior might be a toddler, when chronologically he should be going into middle school. Lior may be tiny, but he is mighty, and likely cannot hold on much longer. 

Lior's condition affects him significantly. He receives little affection or attention. This sweet boy deserves a family SO much, and needs out ASAP/

Lior's country is not currently open to adoptions, but he needs someone NOW. Lior can't wait any longer. He desperately needs someone to step up and call him their SON.
