"Hailey" & "Hugh"
Introducing "Hailey" and "Hugh"! Hailey is 17 years old, and her younger brother Hugh is 14. The siblings live in Eastern Asia. Hailey is diagnosed with a visual impairment, and Hugh is healthy.
Hailey is described as being "mild, positive, vivacious, and well behaved". She is warm hearted and loves to help others. She loves to be around Hugh and spending time with him!
Hailey wears glasses, and has a small vocabulary. She is easily distracted, but as of 2017 was making progress in her academics. She remembers her birth family, but is ready to be adopted - as long as she gets to stay with her brother.
Hugh is a curious and adventurous boy! He is cooperative, and a rule follower. He has been described as "a good boy, energetic, and usually happy".
Hugh is also easily distracted, but works hard in school. He adores his sister and has made it clear he only wants to be adopted with her.
Currently, Hailey and Hugh are living at different facilities, but they are able to see each other occasionally.
Hailey & Hugh have a $5,000 grant with Reece's Rainbow. They also had a $4,000 grant with WACAP, but that agency has since merged with Holt International. Contact Holt to see if this grant is still available.
