Meet beautiful "Alba"! Alba is 12 years old, and living in Eastern Europe. She is diagnosed with a developmental delay, and brain damage.
Not much information is provided about Alba in her bio, but an agency or facilitator can give you more info. What is clear though is that she has waited far too long for a family. She is a beautiful girl who could flourish if given the opportunity to. In her most recent photo, Alba looks sad, her light has faded as she has waited.
