I am a guardian angel through Reece's Rainbow for this beautiful and sweet girl, and I pray that she finds her family soon. I intend to SHOUT for Alyssa until that day comes.
Alyssa has shaken baby syndrome, abused by the very woman who was supposed to love and nurture her. It caused her to have permanent disabilities, including hydrocephalus, epilepsy, a brain bleed, and a developmental delay. Alyssa also uses a feeding tube.
Alyssa was a baby, unable to even defend herself. This was not her fault, and now at 3 years old, is waiting for a family that will love and care for her forever.
This girl is SO sweet and cuddly. With quality medical care and most importantly family, I know that Alyssa could make huge strides in her development. PLEASE don’t overlook this baby girl! She’s been through so much in her short 3 years, and deserves to be surrounded by love. Could Alyssa be YOUR daughter?
