“Lollie” is 13 years old, and living in Latin America. She has been waiting for years for a family of her own.
Sweet Lollie has a seizure disorder, and cannot walk. She also has a vision impairment.
She is so sweet, and has the best smile! She loves going for walks and car rides
Could you be the family to take Lollie for car rides?
Lollie is described as a sweet and easy going girl! She loves going for walks and bumpy roads! Lollie doesn't have any purposeful movements, and its hard to know how much she understands. She rarely ever cries unless she is in pain. She is currently getting some type of therapy where she is working on range of motion and ways that help her muscles be looser. As she's gotten older, her body has gotten stiffer, and she gets pressure sores often. Her epilepsy is well controlled with medication. Lollie is so loved by all her caregivers, but its her time to be loved by a FAMILY! This sweet girl has waited her whole life, and she desperately needs access to quality medical care and therapies. If you think "Lollie" could be your daughter, PLEASE make an inquiry! Don't let this girl go overlooked any longer!
UPDATE MARCH 2023
Lollie is a happy, easy going 11 year old. She is the favorite of all her nannies! Lollie understands a lot but doesn't really have many ways to communicate as she has some vision impairments and does not have any purposeful movements. She loves to be included in things others are doing, and especially loves to go for walks and bike rides on bumpy roads and be bounced around on the trampoline.
