"Bailey"
Introducing beautiful "Bailey"! Bailey is 10 years old and living in South America. She is diagnosed with cerebral palsy and epilepsy.
Bailey likes toys that make noise, and will smile when adults interact with her. She is a beautiful girl who is full of light!
