Meet beautiful "Maelina". Maelina is 14 years old, and living in Eastern Europe. She appears to have microcephaly and cerebral palsy.
Not much is known about this sweet girl, but what is clear is that she needs out. She is likely living in a large institution, where she is abused and neglected. Her skinny and stiff body can't hold on much longer. She needs out of her crib, and into the arms of a loving family.
Maelina is not listed on any American advocacy sites, but is available for international adoption.
Maelina has a younger sister in the same region but different orphanage. Her sister is in foster care and not available internationally at this time, but a family may need to be approved for two children.
