Meet beautiful miss "Chloe"! Chloe is 14 years old, and living in Eastern Europe. She is diagnosed with a congenital heart defect (ventricular septal defect & atrial ventricular septal defect), and fetal alcohol syndrome.
This sweet girl has been living in a large institution for several years now. She is sad, and needs a mama to show her the love she so deserves. Chloe could thrive if given the opportunity to.
Chloe likes to lay down and prefers to play alone. She loves bright toys, and toys that make sounds. She likes to be outside and getting fresh air.
As of 2016, Chloe was not yet walking independently and was nonverbal. She crawls to get where she wants to go. She is typically calm, but can be afraid around strangers.
Chloe is eligible for a $5,000 grant with Reece's Rainbow towards her adoption!
This sweet and beautiful girl has waited far too long. She needs hugs and snuggles, nutrition, and access to quality healthcare and therapies.

| This is her most recent picture (As of Aug 2022), and it makes me so sad. She is wearing what appears to be a Superman onesie underneath overalls or a dress of some sort. No preteen girl should be dressed like this. No child should have to face life without a family. Chloe should be having her long hair braided and wearing pretty dresses and bows. She should be snuggling on the couch and going on vacations. She should be starting middle school! But instead she waits in an orphanage, a girl in a Superman onesie. Please, don't let Chloe be forgotten! |

Chloe has a new update, showing a beautiful young lady with a bright smile! This perfect girl is running out of time, but her country is still closed to international adoption. I hope and pray that they reopen before her time runs out. Could Chloe be your daughter?
