Introducing "Wiley"! Wiley is 13 years old and living in Asia. In addition to epilepsy, Wiley is also diagnosed with a cyst and visual impairment.

Wiley is described as a cheerful and gentle child. He is kind, loving, and LOVES affection and attention from others. He is an obedient boy both at school and at his orphanage.

Wiley is usually calm and in a good mood. He is nonverbal, but will respond by turning his head or smiling. Wiley keeps to himself and is described to be "in his own little world". 

No public information is given about Wiley's epilepsy but an agency can give more info.

Sweet "Wiley" is getting older, and his chances of finding a forever family are decreasing. Though his information is limited, Wiley sounds like he'd be a delightful son to have! Wiley is now listed as "Harrison" with Lifeline! His bio reads: Wiley is observed to be a calm and well-behaved boy. He loves toys with sounds and often laughs when playing with these toys. Wiley has developed a new interest in gardening. He is able to place soil, water, and plant into the pot with a smiling face. He is dearly loved by the hostel staff, social workers, teachers, and volunteers. It is believed that if he can be welcomed by a loving, stable, and nurturing family, Wiley would have the potential to thrive and blossom, and bring blessing and joy to the family.

UPDATE MARCH 2024

Wiley is now listed as "Kade" with Nightlight Christian Adoptions! His new photo shows him sitting in a specialized chair looking directly into the camera while a caregiver holds up a cake in front of him. He is definitely looking older, and slightly skinnier. I can't believe that this handsome and sweet boy is still waiting for a family to call his own. He deserves to experience the love and gift of a family, but he's running out of time. Wiley is a happy child with stable emotions, and expresses enjoyment through his smile, which will melt your heart. He enjoys one-on-one interaction with the people around him. Wiley is in need of a loving, patient, medically informed family who is willing and able to provide him with a forever and nurturing family environment. 

UPDATE JULY 2024

Wiley is now listed as "Liam" with Children's House International! His most recent update reads: Wiley was born in 2011. He was found to have multiple health and development issues, including a history of Infantile Spasm, left temporal arachnoid cyst, severe low vision, and moderate to severe grade mental retardation. He received training from different therapists and maintained steady improvement all along. Although he has a history of Infantile Spasm, he has a stable health condition with no records of any epileptic attacks since his admission to the present school. Wiley has been in state care since he was 3 years old. Wiley is observed to be a lovely, easygoing, and well-behaved child, who is well loved by his teachers and caregivers. He is described as a happy child with stable emotions, and expresses enjoyment through his lovely smile which is heart-melting. He enjoys one-on-one interaction with his main caregiver.
