Meet sweet and handsome "Magellan"! Magellan is 7 years old, and living in Eastern Europe. He appears to have cerebral palsy.

Magellan has been in an orphanage since he was a tiny boy. Now at 7 years old, he has been transferred, and slowly wastes away in a large institution. There, he is neglected and in pain. He so desperately needs a mama to give him love and snuggles, and quality medical care.

Magellan is a sweet boy. He can smile, and recognizes caregivers.

Magellan is fed with a bottle. He does not react to toys or other stimuli in his environment, and cannot roll over independently.

Magellan isn't listed on any advocacy sites but is available for international adoption!

"Magellan" has waited FAR too long, and though his country is currently closed to adoptions, he needs someone to run to him as soon as possible and make him their son.
